This timeline change, I always wondered about... especially considering that Time Patrol (TP) Trunks essentially robbed his past counterpart of any opportunity to get to meet Goku and Vegeta, as well as receive all the power boosts he needed to kill the Future Androids and Future Cell by himself. That, and by saving Future Gohan and choosing to stay, he risks doing more damage to that timeline than Mira or Towa ever could.
