This reminds me of a time in my life that I had completely forgotten. It was never multiple personalities; the voices in my head were just competing ideologies, feelings, rationalizations. Compartmentalization. And it was always about being gay, and I wish I had understood that because there was denial and repression too. I wish I had had this video when I was young. The path to healing is acceptance both then and now.
I have loved this short film, basically because in the end she does't stop being a believer, she only distances herself from the people who question her and her love for God, only because someone rewritten at piece of paper at the whim. I'm a believer, I'm really a polytheist and I have created my own religion, but the God of the Gods of my religion is the Christian God, I'm not going to explain what my religion is or give a speech, I simply tell you that God is love (and the other gods, although some are a bit curmudgeon) and that we love our neighbor as ourselves, it does't matter if you're a believer or an atheist, we all deserve love and respect, and in that should be not exceptions.
Well, gosh. This was so satisfying in so many ways. It is especially great to see a Christian-based engagement with the issue (clearly written from someone who knows it "from the inside") rather than the easy satire (that I would have written, for instance). My only confusion was: when did Chopin write a piano cello duet? *snicker*
Very sweet. Well done. Oh but to have had such things available to my 18 yr old self. Gay positive messaging, in any form, is a welcome cultural progression, probably saving many young people from self hatred and destruction. Thank you.

Alas, I am somewhat repulsed by ppl who think that Modern Lifestyles / Relationships have anything to do with something that was written over two centuries ago. There Is Nothing Sinful About same sex relationships,.. You can't control who or how you love or care for another human being,.. If you have a problem with Gay marriages,.. Don't Marry One,!. {Whoopie Goldberg}
God created every living human being, and whether they are straight or gay, sexuality is an act. God must have known that women are special and require special attention that a man in all his glory sometimes cannot provide to a woman. Only a woman in most cases can please a woman and God must know that. So I believe that a woman should be comfortable with a woman if they so chooses, sure makes it difficult for the male population but if they want they could take lessons from women.
I so enjoyed this film. Loved the symbolism along with the humor. I plan on watching this repeatedly. Thank you for this lovely work and of art.👏
