Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 price for its variant - Himalayan 450 Base is estimated at Rs. 2,85,000. The price for the other variants - Himalayan 450 Pass, Himalayan 450 Summit and Himalayan 450 Hanle Black are Rs. 2,89,000, Rs. 2,93,000 and Rs. 2,98,000. The mentioned Himalayan 450 prices are the average ex-showroom.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is a adventure bike available in 4 variants and 5 colours. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is powered by 452cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 39.47 bhp and a torque of 40 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Himalayan 450 bike weighs 196 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 17 liters.
The new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 is the successor to the 411cc iteration of the motorcycle. It’s not an updated offering but a brand-new motorcycle that has been developed from the ground up. The new chassis, modern engine, and contemporary features now make it a more worthy contender to the likes of the KTM 390 Adventure and Triumph Scrambler 400 X.
While the bike retains a silhouette similar to the previous model, it looks sleeker and more athletic. Also, the new colour options lend it a fresh visual appeal. The new colour options include Kaza Brown, Slate Himalayan Salt, Slate Poppy Blue, Hanle Black and Kamet White.
Underneath the new bodywork is an all-new 450cc engine. This is the first engine from Royal Enfield with liquid cooling and offers 40bhp and 40Nm. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch as standard. Other features include a colour TFT screen with Google Maps and Bluetooth connectivity. Moreover, it also gets switchable ABS and ride-by-wire throttle.
The Himalayan 450 weighs 196kg; a few kgs lighter than the 411 while the fuel tank capacity is increased to 17 litres. Talking about dimensions, the standard seat height of this ADV is 825mm but it can be decreased and increased significantly. Further, the ground clearance and wheelbase stand at 230mm and 1,510mm, respectively. As for the cycle parts, the Himalayan 450 rides on a 21-17-inch spoke wheel combination that is suspended Showa USD forks and a monoshock while braking is handled by a single disc at both ends.

Nitish bro, I'm planning to buy a bike, and since you've owned the Dominar UG, and the new Himalayan 450, I was wondering should i buy a used Dominar/Himalayn 411 and save massive 2L or save up for Himalayan 450 and buy the tubeless spoke wheel variant?
I love the himalayan 411 as well, but it lacks that punch which Dominar has, would love to get your input on what should I go for?

Since it will be your first bike.. better go with a new one. In this new Himalayan you will get the punch Dominar has and the comfort of old Himalayan.

demanding models like these always never in stock so when you book the vehicle mention them to notify you when they unload the new inventory, when they do go and stay there and check your unit and other is tyre wear and tear thats the most important thing brand new bikes sometimes comes with sticker still on them

Hi nitish , nice video series on Himalayan 450 , really useful and as always informative. Is there any way to verify that Himalayan I am taking delivery from the dealership is exactly the same one which I had booked through RE app ? because only model code , booking ID and transaction ID are there in the RE app , how can i make sure that the dealership guy is handing me over exactly same bike which has been freshly baked and dispatched for me on my order ?

I had also contacted RE support for this exact query and it seems there is indeed no way to verify that , at least according to the guy who attended my call , anyways , Looking forward to learn and watch more from you about H450 and about biking. Hi, i got mine day before yesterday, there is tappet like sound near engine im not sure, i can only here it when i go closer, is it normal..?
Even I felt that once before the first service and then I didn’t. Will update you if there is an issue.

It doesn’t blink in realtime.. it’s because of the mismatch in FPS of the screen and the camera it flickers.
I can set a perfect FPS on GoPro but not on Phone camera.
