during the Finals JR was keeping the Cavs in the game during game 4 or 5 i think. he shot like 8 3's and only missed like 1 or 2 of them. i Feel as if Lebron should feed JR the ball more and JR should try to improve his consistency as much as he can then find ways to include Crowder i feel like they would be smooth sailing to the finals again and if Isiah is playing his best i feel that Cleveland can take it this season

JR was never consistent enough in the league which is why he's just a 3 and D guy now. Had the athleticism and the skills to be waayyy better than he is now. Dude was caught up with the outside activities when it came to being a popular player in the league. Still had a good career, lasted 11+ years straight out of highschool, just should've been better than this.

Wouldn’t say he’s made the MOST of his career but i think he ceiling would be like 1 all-star selection during his best season. Probably wouldn’t have a chip tho

In Me7o We Trust LeBron did a good job in utilizing JR Smith's skills better but I have to agree with you. JR Smith even won 6th man of the year with MELO. He was really good with the Knicks because he could do his own thing where as now, they give Smith a job to shoot all the 3's he wants and he's good at it.
I'd say some of his worst days were with Melo. He never got better, and the team as a whole started to sink. We've never seen any team Lebron has been on that has gotten worse while he was there. Lebron gets the credit because he proved it night in and out, he makes others better. JR, and Shump were looking bad before the Knicks shipped them off.
