It was LeBron’s greatness that kept holding it from spreading until he decided to leave with his immunity pass and since then, the Cavs fired two head coaches made so many trades in hopes of a sustainable tanking project.

Let this be a lesson to all of you, in a professional career, there is no place for mistakes. Now I understand most people will complain “aw 1 mistake cant define the rest of your life”, sorry, thats just how life works. Make 1 mistake as a doctor, give someone a wrong prescription pill and they may die the next day. Your career is OVER. If a surgeon makes a mistake, his/her career is OVER. If an electrician makes a mistake, his/her life may be over. Some of you may say “but hey man there are 3-6 more games in this finals series they could fo came back”. This 1 single blunder ruined the team chemistry, increased locker room tensions, ruined the team leaders trust in teamates, decreased motivation for the next game and lowered every other players confidence level. In a team sport, 1 mistake can cause a domino effect on others.

Crazy thing is, most of these highlights are in pressure, breakdown situations. So people need to stop talking shit about this man. Give him that "respeck" 💯%

Lifetime Cavs fan here. I can firmly say that all of OHIO is extremely happy that J.R is back in the NBA. This guy deserves another ring. Wish it was on the Cavs but Swish will forever be a Cavs Legend

All to do with mentally. This guy could hit the craziest shots, nastiest dunks, and was a good defender. A killer mentality and this guy would've been an all-nba guy.

JR can’t make a wide open three but he can make the tighest guarded shot ever. Oh and he can’t read the score either

RIP Fred McLeod. I just loved him. I tweeted out one time that he is the best. Local or national. And he just put a little cry face emoji. RIP Fred.
