    Great video, I have a question about where I must go within the settings to be able to assign who receives the form every time they're completed?

      Hi there. You would do that on the sheet itself. At the top left, select "Automations". Then create an Alert automation. - Ryan

    Great video. I’d like to ask if smartsheet can generate a number when a row is added and then alert the submitter that this was their submission number

      It can! You’ll need to add a column and make it an auto number type column. Then add an automation: when rows are added, send an alert to the contact in the submitter column. In the body, use {{}} and insert the auto row column name there. Like {{Row}} -Ryan

    Is it possible to get the information of all receipant who receive the automated email or get the contact list of those people who receive that email

      Unfortunately, no. Smartsheet does not keep a history of the automations/emails. If you are displaying the recipient's email in a contact column, you can get the emails from there, but it's still not a list of who actually received it.
