- Desert Rose Enduro Series 2012 - Round 1
i had the holeshot all planned out, unfortunately i forgot that i'm rubbish at starts. anyway the rest of the video is a short music montage of the race, was a great day out i managed a respectable seven laps, can't wait for round two where i'll be aiming for nine laps at least.

Dan the Man! Good video....I noticed your bike needed a nap at one point so you laid it over into a resting position. A smart Rider is good to his bike and lets it rest when necessary.

it was pretty mental, it's a tough balance between letting the fast boys past and keeping your position against those in your class, it's best to just race the clock
Great video and awsome music. Unlucky with the start, bike sounded a bit boggy. Ive been really thinking about entering some enduro events the past few weeks, do you need a race license of any sort to enter them?

you buy the license on the day at most events for £10, you can buy an annual license which is about £50 but that involves sending passport pics off etc, so i just chose to pay on the day, the plan is just 5 races this year anyway, the remaining three of this series and D2D, you should do one :-)

I want to get a new bike first but am planning on doing some enduro's probably next year. Have you vlogged about what's involved ie. any memberships, cost and gear needed etc.?
what was wrong with the bike was me lol, i didn't warm it up, just pushed it down the hill to the start, started the engine just before the start, won't do that again
currently constructing a watering can with a hole in it and a camoflaged hose pipe, video up soon lol

hmmm i made a video, how to offroad, how much gear costs, what you need etc but haven't uploaded it, trying to steer clear of vlogging videos right now as they just bring the haters out, maybe i'll try to do a video about it but in a differant style or something so the info is passed across but i don't have to vlog, it's worth doing though, i never knew where to start when i first got into offroading
i'm a lucky guy, you should get involved in the community, most of these guys commenting make there own videos, subscribe and chat to them all, won't be long before they comment back, real nice people
