    Hi! I love your course! I just discovered you four days ago. I’ve been doing Pilates for 15 years in studios and then at Covid I got a private teacher, but it became so expensive! I hadn’t done Pilates in three months and you revived my passion! I’ve been doing your course every morning since! I love the no nonsense course, the flow of the course as well you are really awesome!❤🎉😊😊😊 continue!!! Great

    Great workout, very challenging, but since my magic circle is so hard, I don’t use it to put between my ankles (it hurts) & instead use a small ball & it
    does the trick as a slight modifier.
    I hope you feel better. When I got sick last month with a bad cold, I used this natural “flu bomb” recipe that helped relieve my congestion a lot.
    I took it before going to bed & in the morning, especially.
    How to Make a
    Flu Bomb:
    -1 or more cloves of chopped garlic
    -1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -1⁄4 teaspoon chopped ginger
    -Juice of a lemon
    -1 teaspoon honey
    -Add a little hot water.
    Take 2-3 times a day for the first 3 days. After that, take as needed.

    I’m surprised that I was able to do the jackknife moves. I had to use a ball instead of the circle but it worked. Thank you.

      They make it impossible to do on the RUclips app.
      So to become a member RUclips does not show it on your phone, only on a desktop or laptop. If you login on your computer and go to my homepage you will be able to see “join” at the top of the screen. If you don’t have a computer or laptop you have to go to RUclips on your web browser, if you use chrome click the 3 buttons on the bottom right, scroll down and click “request desktop site”. If you use safari, pull up RUclips, click the AA on the bottom left corner, scroll down and click “request desktop site”. If you go to my page my homepage then you’ll be able to see join.
      They don’t make it easy on your phone. I hope this helps!
