Hey :) follow up question on your odd time signature video.. What is the difference between 5/4 and 4/4 while using ties to extend the duration of the last note? :)
Those are the easiest. Just play a C Major Pentatonic or Am Pentatonic, for E the same E Major Pentatonic or C#m Pentatonic. You need to know your major and relative minor scales. Your relative minor is usually 3 frets down from your root. Example using the 6th string C is on the 8th fret, its relative minor is 3 frets back on the 5th which is Am.

What state are you in? In person lessons
What about open chords? Like C maj, E maj?
