Cross-border travel between the mainland and the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao fully resumed on Monday, voiding previous requirements of existing quotas and a mandatory COVID-19 test. At 10 a.m., the toll gate at the Zhuhai end of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge saw heavier traffic. The one-stop clearance system at the port also saves much time for drivers. The verification process can be finished within 30 seconds.
