very important for stand up wrestling .
pummeling leads into hand fighting .
    pummeling to transition of grips.

Good video but it would be even better if you would position the camera with your legs in the frame to see the footwork. Good work either way!

Thank you! I agree about having a better camera position to show the legs as well! Thanks for the feedback!

As great of technique as this is, I found the most help from it in just embrassing contact with someone else.

Takes a bit of practice but once you have it down, it as a great exercise to practice in your routines!

Does one person resist while the other person pummels? Or is it more of a dance, both people moving at the same time?

    • @ExperienceMMA

In reality, you would want to resist and prevent the opponent to get the underhook on you. But for the drill, you and your training partner flow together. The exercise serves as an endurance drill we use in both Wrestling and MMA sessions, called Pummeling. Hope this helps!

    Wrestling sticky hands

dont grab the back!!!!! keep the hands empty and DONT turn your head always keep your head facing forward

This sounds strange to me. If you don't grab the back, you have no control of your opponent. If your head is always facing forward, you are either pushing your face/nose against his shoulder (and McGregor showed us what happens if you do that), or your face is not tightly pressed to the shoulder and the opponent is going to be able to get their forehead under your jaw and gain head control. Maybe Mr. Fung himself wants to weigh in on this?

@@ea-nasir420 you are absolutely correct. And yes, McGregor was a perfect example that backs that up! 👍
