I remember David as a family friend who would entertain me as a child at the table with „magic tricks“. And now, as an adult I realize what a privilege it was to know him and be able to listen to him preach. I listen to him online and my spirit gets fed by his teaching again.

The first piece of advice he gives concerning doing prayer out of duty before it becomes a delight puts a whole new perspective on the command of Jesus to deny ourself, take up the cross, and follow him. Great analogy to the driving of a car or playing of a piano! May we always do what God expects of us, even when we don't feel like doing it.
Never get tired of listening to his insightful teachings over the years. Every believer must listen to his teaching. So many eye opening truths unfolded. God bless everyone here. Amen.

How are we to pray with our hands? I know he doesn’t stress technique but I want to make sure I’m not using the techniques of other belief systems. If anyone could guide me to some education on this I would appreciate it. Hard to decipher the proper resource when I Google it.
I pray with my palms up but is there a certain distance your hands should be or should they be together with wrists touching? I want to surrender and respect when I pray. Thank you in advance for anyone that helps.
@@JackieOrr1985I believe you’re thinking too hard about this. Use the technique you believe serves the Lord best. The technique that allows you as an individual to fully surrender in your prayer time.

I just did ; knowing trueth I sought for ; stop intoxicants & worldly lust & turn away to allow a new true life be done in my repentance which Holy Spirit wants to help me with.. my stubbornness still persist.. & In this condition, I am not going to be reborn to meet Yeshua on our earth again to be in His Kingdom on Earth... much less in new heaven. New earth new jerusalem.. You all pls ask & be stronger than me pls ❤ 3 life's to live if worthy... this on earth is first with Holy Spirit & Yeshua here again in His earthly kingdom & then with , Abah,Yeshua, Spirit in new heaven new earth new jerusalem... i life is now 4 llake of fire...I am wasting my choices...U all pls dont & pls tell others this trueth. ❤
