I just read Just Stop's post on his community page; he said that he apologized to Mark, said that he should've done it differently, and just talked to him in private about this. Thankfully, he realized what he did was wrong and took accountability of his actions. He does have good intentions and wanted to help those who are suffering, but I agree he should've talked to him privately.
Even though I'm a fan of both LS Mark and Just Stop, I didn't know this little drama happened nor seen Just Stop's video/livestream about this. Heck, I didn't know that Mark was having relationship issues to be honest.
I'm just glad he apologized and didn't double down.

The thing is: JustStop talked to Mark about the marriage thing, Mark told him that he doesn’t want to hear it, JS makes & drops the video, got drug by the internet, in an interview said “I don’t know if I’ll delete the video” then did a 180 after being hammered by multiple creators, took down the video then gave a half assed apology. That’s what happened.

I saw the video when it came out. It was really weird to see someone make a full blown video about someone else's relationship. What Veronica did may have been fucked up in a relationship (accused of cheating, manipulation, dependence, and some other minor things that I can't remember now), but it wasn't anything really out there. It was their business and should have stayed in that relationship and addressed with the parties involved, and shouldn't have been made public.
Even if the relationship sucks and his description of it is 100% accurate it wasn't his business to leak the details

I think “Why do I need to tell you” is the smartest response I’ve ever heard to something like this. Don’t try and defend yourself or explain it to someone who has no business knowing, just straight ask why they should know this to begin with. Especially since most of the time, most people who are conducting these like, interviews are not gonna have a justifiable answer. You can literally win the little game they’re playing with just 1 simple question.

The way I see it, Daft and Braxton found out what happened. Braxton reached out to Mark but was frustrated when he wouldn't end the relationship. Daft convinces Braxton to make the video, and Braxton, trying to help his friend however he can, obliges. Obviously it was a mistake, but when watching JS's video, I don't see a single sign of malicious intent
I think expecting DaftPina to make a video like that was *exactly* the reason Mark asked Daft if he was going to do it and not Just Stop. Because causing drama like this is Daft's MO after all.

This video was very weird to me when I first watched it but it took me a little longer than I'm proud of to see the full lengths of how absolutely creepy it is. The fact that 3 different people were confused by why someone is very defensive about their personal life especially after being lied to and almost recorded baffles me. Mark not posting about his marriage can come down to multiple reasons that are no ones business except the people in the marriage. You can try to help your friend out (privately) but once they're like "nah I feel like there's a connection here" you back off since they have the final say. This wreaks of thinking everything should be online and as someone who promotes sharing as little personal stuff as possible, I was perfectly fine with thinking Mark and Veronica were just good friends.
Sidenote: I like the little tidbits of talking about what's happenibg in Adventure 2 in between the video discussion.
Good the Braxton took the critique well but I'm getting flashbacks to that god-awful Daft Pina video on the odds1sout where Daft releases a black girls testimony when she didn't want it public and speculated that he and SomethingElseYT had a falling out. I gotta wonder if Daft was the mastermind of all this. All congrats on being made canon in the LSMark lore
The one thing that threw me off about the relationship was that Mark is 20 and Veronica is 28. They're both adults, and age gaps can happen in relationships between adults, so it's legal. But the fact that V is almost 30 and Mark is way younger than her is just...idk it threw me off.

It might have something to do with testing the waters long-term and the average relationship that dosent workout realizing it within this timespan, but thats just speculation

My opinion on JSs vid is as such:
The video should not have been made, it is far too personal for public discourse. The points made in the video were not wrong. Mark is clearly in a very imbalanced relationship and something irks me about a 28 year old woman dating a 20 year old man, I feel if the roles were reversed here then people would be turning their scorn moreso towards the person being called out rather than the person doing the calling. The relationship will collapse like the 3rd floor of the Versailles Wedding Hall, and there is not a damned chance they stay together for more than a few years.
That's my opinion on the situation. Thoughts on the video are: you're sort of treating the difference between an 18 year old and a 20 year old as if it's a 40 year age gap. You also act like JS being asexual somehow invalidates his views on their relationship, as if not having first hand experience somehow makes you incapable of giving a valid opinion. Some of this video does sort of seem like a "you get no bitches" response as a lot of your criticism boils down to "lol, get laid bro, U just jelly". I do understand this isn't a scripted video, but a good portion of the arguments do boil down to that "no bitches" response, which does nothing to prove him wrong, and only serves to make you look bad, not him.
I do think their main sentiment actually makes a lot of sense. Like, what compells someone to comment on the relatipnship of people who are much more experienced than them? And isn't it a little weird that he acted like he was worried, while at the same time using his cartoon sona like this and that thumbnail?
Sidenote, I feel like men dating younger women is a lit more normalized in today's culture than the other way around.

I like the concept behind this video but I have a few points:
1. This series being drama related wasn't exactly clear from the getgo, I thought you were doing a game commentary thing on the side.
2. You have a good dynamic with your friend going a bit more off-colour. You don't need to match his energy everytime, it works better if you're a little more reserved.

I love that they're playing Sonic Adventure 2 while talking about Just Stops shitty video. Daftpina clearly just wanted a hit piece on ls mark, he was the one calling the shots and he was the one making "theory crafting" of the script and he's done this many times before.

When I watched the video Just Stop originally posted, I watched it in the mindset of watching a Fredrick Knudsen video or the like where we take a deep dive into an old youtuber, and then after it finished I remembered, this is an ongoing thing, these people are still active and none of this was public knowledge that has come out over the years. This dude straight up leaked and doxxed a marriaged, holy fuck this guys insane.
If I made that video, I would’ve focused on the awful things Veronica and sunny did specifically, and not bring attention to anything involving mark.

It's good that he exposed what happened to Doobus and later realized his mistake, but yeah, the rest of his video was pretty flimsy. IG that's what happens when you interview the guy you're trying to "help" with the one and only ShaftPinas, and then have him look over the script. Which is probably why this felt like one of his videos, mentioning one or two actually damning things and then trying as hard as possible to find any other crumbs to drag someone's name through the mud.

The only thing I'll say about this video is as someone who is ace and on the aro spectrum (not aro just on the spectrum) ace people can be in relationships as it's a lack of sexual attraction not romantic attraction so plenty of people who are ace date as well as have sex as being ace is a spectrum so different people have different levels of comfortability as sexual attraction isn't necessary to want to have sex, some ace people have it because they like the intimacy, some have it to make their partners happy, some do it simply because they enjoy it some don't do it at all and some are only comfortable giving the sexual touches rather than receiving them, it just depends on who you are!
HOWEVER people who are aromantic (which Braxton also is) lack romantic attraction and don't date they can have intense platonic relationships with someone special such as qpr's but once again that depends on the person not every aro person would want that and would prefer an average friendship
I'd suggest watching jaden animations video on the topic if they want a quick concise explanation on what being aroace means or what being aro and ace in general means
But I did enjoy the video, and I think the situation is a bit ridiculous, mark could have a bad marriage sure but if the marriage isn't even public i don't personally think it should be public it's something that should be kept private lest they have the Internet bombard them with personal questions regarding their relationship
