House Flipper: House After the Flood Part 2

Today I finish off the flip of the House After the Flood. This is the property that Merc picked last Thursday and today's video is a little shorter than usual because -- well -- it isn't a big house. I also did a poll last week, asking you what kind of garden I should do and, 2 to 1, you voted for a Crop Garden. So that's what we did. Enjoy!
