Family Beach House Part 2

Back at the Beach House today. I encountered a few minor problems but we made some good progress. I also had not one but two visits from Matt and Merc. Oh, and make sure that you hang around until the end to see the quick tour and sale of the "Moving House" aka the railroad car.

If you turn the one extra bedroom into an office instead and then the other small room into either storage or a sauna, you will definitely get a different buyer. I like the other suggestions of the outdoor living and kitchen areas under the deck. Good luck. 🍫🍫🍫🍫 for everyone. Feel better.

If you put a double door in the hole and then sell them the walls will fill in and you can make a whole new living space.

You should put a hot tub under the house. Then add an “outdoor” living area with couches, a dining table, and a kitchen. You could also do a gym. You can put a swimming pool under the house as well.
