How I wish I could hear some of this jazz in person. It reminds me of what was happening in Houston in the 60's and 70's only this is better. I can tell by the audience response that they are hip to what is going on and they are really listening.

A new language? no problem, it's music anyway! At 1:18 some fine & relaxed scatting of Andrea, followed at 2:32 by some guy (maestro Joan?) - I'm still figuring out whether she sings out her trumpet phrases or not (?)
