You can't access the power terminal while you're in combat. Leaving and re-entering will drop enemy aggro. I also make a jump to the door to the hallway because while you're in the air you don't make any footsteps to alert enemies, so the drone nearby doesn't become hostile.
Speedruns for PC games generally pause the game during load screens to promote more fair competition since load times vary depending on hardware. Says in the description the time with and without loads.

what skill points did you need to talk phineas into shooting himself? it's just too fast I can't make anything out of it lmao
Copy his attributes and you should be fine. Its perception and temperament.
