there needs to be distinction between healthy judgement and unhealthy judgement. just saying judgement itself is bad is still a judgement. it is like how superego that is fashioned by society is confused with the overall sense of self and awareness of who we are that is ego. it all gets confusing when definition and use is not made clear.
