- Very interesting setup. First machine washes the car and second machine brushes and dries it. In this car wash has 5 wash bays with the same setup.
Program:
Machine 1:
-high pressure
-lava foam
-high pressure
-foam prewash
-high pressure
Machine 2:
-brush wash + wheel wash
-polishing wax + brush polishing
-rinse
-drying

That’s the coolest thing I’ve ever seen to date!!! They use the 360 as a presoak + wax application system, and the Varius does the rest. Having what is essentially two separate washes also allows two vehicles to be processed at the same time in the same bay, which greatly increases efficiency! And they communicate with each other, so when the Varius is done with its vehicle, it tells the 360 to let the next one go forward and enter it. And once that vehicle has entered the Varius, the front door opens and allows the next vehicle in line to enter the bay. It’s a freaking AWESOME setup!

Wow! what an interesting setup! I would have thought at first that the Varius would be used as a "polish and dryer" unit only like on the "TAKT" system

What's the point behind a Automatic Touchless Car Wash if you are going anyway trough a normal brush wasch.. that's not making any sense 🤣
Ist because your can get the best of bolth worlds and you get touch free carwash and soft touch carwash all in one and its better clean on the car
