Thanks for this video! I followed your video while adding my own twist to it and she came out great 😊 I did however have a hard time with the background……I couldn’t get it to act right. Does the layer have to be in a certain position?
I think the canvas has to be in the upright position within Procreate, otherwise the pattern will come out in a weird angle. Is that the issue you were having? Sorry for the super late response!

You did an amazing job for just starting to draw 2 weeks ago 😳👏👏 As mentioned in my tutorial, the one effective way to create smoother lines is go go to your brush settings and increase the “streamline”. I set mine at about 80% but try a higher level if it makes it easier for you. Let me know if that helps! Ah, I really like that demon slayer piece too. I will try to simplify it and create a tutorial for you and other DS fans out there 😅 thank you for actually following my tutorial and sharing the result with me ❤️🥰 I hope you keep creating and stay inspired!

Thank you!! Yes, there are several ways you can upload photos into Procreate: 1) Open Procreate app> Tap on Photo (next to Import on top right hand corner)> select desired photo 2) create a canvas with your desired dimensions, then go to Actions> Insert a photo/Take a photo > Fit to Canvas

@@Alanisruiz No worries! I know this is a bit of an investment so it is natural you would want to do some research before purchasing. A lot of people say the Apple Pencil works best with Procreate. But Procreate also supports other styli. However, please note you can only use the Apple Pencil on iPad Pro models. You can read more about it here - procreate.art/faq

The technical pencil brush and 6B pencil are good alternatives. They are under “Sketching” in Procreate’s Brush Library ☺️
