what is the purpose of the glove you’re wearing? does it allow you to rest your hand on the ipad?
Catherine Bolsch Yes, it does! The main purpose of the glove is to prevent stray marks from being created by the palm or side of your hand coming in contact with the iPad. It also reduces the friction between your hand and the iPad surface, for a smoother drawing experience.

Just getting into Procreate, such an informative tutorial. Took me a bit to figure out how to get the ellipse and circles so perfect.
Recently got back into drawing, mostly did chibis when I was drawing in the past. This character ive been working on has been driving me nuts havent been able to get it right but this tutorial helped a lot thanks :D

This was perfect! I just got an iPad Air a few days ago, and it’s PERFECT!! I have an Apple Pencil alternative, because I don’t feel like paying 129$ for a stylus. But maybe in the future just not now, but overall this was helpful cause I like to draw chibis! Tysm for the tutorial.

I loved it! But I am having a lot of trouble using the selection tool. My hand is not so steady and after trying to make the selections for 10 times I quit and I just filled with colours.

Your tutorials are amazing.. i just have one problem while drawing chibis I can’t draw them in a particular postion. Ex- one left behind aur a bit tilted head or body.. is there any thing that i should do..

Hi, personally I like the 6B pencil and technical pencil as an alternative for sketching and you can find it in Procreate’s Brush Library. Have fun creating ☺️

I had the hair selected first to make sure all the coloring and fill would be inside the selection. Hope that makes sense 😅
