Let's get more bikes like these out there, much more interesting than the standard mtb or road bike.
Bikes are fun and quirky ebikes should be fun.

The only issue i see with stuff like this Retro inspired cosmetic designs is that most of the time, the cosmetic casing taking up the spot where an engine would normally sit usually ends up looking gaudy instead of feeling like a proper motorcycle they are styled after, not to mention that they don't tend to have the speeds that the vehicles they are designed after had, not that I would expect an e-bike to be able to sustain a high speed unless they have a large battery pack which would make the bike take a lot of pedal power to push it should the batteries charge run out.

    Something that never gets addressed...
I have the cash to buy any of these bikes
But, I live in a condo on the third floor on the beach that has no elevator and no charging station in the garage.
WHICH BIKES HAVE REMOVABLE BATTERIES TO TAKE UP TO YOUR UNIT TO CHARGE.
THIS ANSWER WILL MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE AS TO WETHER I BUY ONE.
    Thanks

If you leave it in the garage it will be stolen. Even if there is security. Buy a bike with walk assist, and take the stairs. The walk assist will make it super easy going up. I just got a Trek Powerfly 4, it has the walk assist.

Micheal Faraday 1821 - 1822 built the first with a bowl of mercury !
      I don’t know how old Elon musk is 40 or 50 ?
Batteries were found in the Tombs of the Pharos and they are approximately 7 thousand years old .
So unless Elon has a time machine.......
He did however make improvements in lithium batts 😁

I wouldn't consider a bike that made no provision for a rear rack and panniers. Without that they are just recreational toys. Having no means of carrying your stuff is all right for frivolous sportys , but I want a bike for practical transportation. Just saying.

My suggestion doesn't fit the vintage theme of this video but about a month ago I got an obscure Damson R5 Pro 750w (1000w peak). It's the mountain bike version of those folding bikes with the slanted, rectangular body, and this iteration has a particularly rugged rear rack. I paid around $1,800 after tax n shipping and I think it's fair for the speed, torque and rear rack. I intend to DIY some mounting brackets and slap on some lockable saddle bags.
