First 1 and half of playing, im spend so much money on the game,and when i saw that they dont give a shit about players ,except taking the money,from that time my wallet is closed for Hutch. Btw. I've also had problems with Hutch recently, in the Festive Feats challenge. Hutch have given out 15 baubles total to this day, including the "free" one for the people who missed out on the first day thanks to their cockup... I was part of those people, so I have 14 baubles, which is the "correct" amount in accordance with the number of days this challenge has been opened. To get these 14 baubles, you need to login 14 times, which would net you 14 logons in the Festive Feats challenge rewards ladder. Thing is, I have only 13 logons counted to this day... I'm guessing the first one was not counted, like the first bauble... I've reached out to Hutch, spent a week explaining to Dan that there is a discrepancy between the number of baubles and the number of logons, but he fails miserably to comprehend this simple problem. Dan keeps on telling me that it's normal, because I got an "extra" bauble, which I most certainly did not since the first one didn't count, as they had activated the challenge ladder later than the actual challenges (incompetency at its best...). I've since given up explaining to Dan that he was wrong because I don't think that he will ever understand this... Anyway, rant over. Hope you get your coins awarded and that you get this prize car ! Personnally, I love Audis, and the picture is great, but I would have to basically max 3 epics to have a chance at getting, and that's just not something I'm willing to do.
@topdrives-mike the Ram gold shot is the highest i can aim for, but without 7 coin reward (I only manage 1 coin per event) it's not worth risking upgrading all the ultra rares to finish challenge 11
Honestly it's unlucky but at least it's not a good legendary. I know you wasted gold but we're all crossing our fingers hoping they will give you your coin
Ofc the first time i start with a really good garage and the prize is garbage. Had to Max a couple UR but that was all i needed to invest to get the leggy. Kind of angers me more that i was a low RQ UR away from getting the DS3 a couple tag challenges ago.
I'm stuck on 6 coins. None of the coins I've won in events since have registered properly either... but support did unlocked the car. Cheers for watching.
I have those issues often with Supports. They haven't helped me once since the Forum is no longer available to me,Every request or issue was always denied. I Made a wrong tuning and I asked them to take one fuse off without refund . So I could put the fuse elsewhere, Refused m not fair towards other players. I never in 3.4 years had asked for anything like this , and in the old days they helped when cars disappeared or sold accidently . Now they wouldn't even correct a little mistake , They are TD police watchdogs but very "strict". I hope they don't read this . But I think they're not very helpful. Not at all .
I had a super dumb little bug too. I did the very simple flags challenge, 2 of the 4th ceramic pack, and what did i got? Two challenges: cost 50 flags, give 20k money What did I got? -50 flags, +2000 cash. Yes, instead of getting doubke 10k i got double 1k, literally 2000 dollars that i can get watching 3 ads. This game has just too too many problems.

I know. I've only had to talk to support 4 times in 4 years. I don't tend to have problems that I need them to fix luckily.
