Hi! Thanks for trying One OK Rock! Nice PRS guitar behind you - Toru the guitarist is actually a PRS artist and listed on the PRS website. He plays a strat here but he had just got a few custom shop strats on the last US tour and wanted to incorporate them. 😅 I see from the Opeth shirt that you probably like heavier music. One OK Rock doesn’t ever get as heavy as Opeth but I’d recommend 35XXXV Take Me to the Top (green haired lead vocalist Taka) if you wanna try another one. Cheers! 🍻🤘
Cool, PRS is awesome! Thank you for the suggestion, I've actually added that one to my list already I think. Regarding my musical taste, I honestly like a wide array of styles from 50-00s generally, ranging from very calm things, psychedelic, jazz, whatever, to some pretty heavy genres but I'm not that much into (death)core. So yeah I do like some heavy things but I'm absolutely not limited to that! :)
This was co-written with the vocalist Taka's good friend, Ed Sheeran. Again, bit of a departure from their standard sound. Around 2017-2020 they were sort of pop/pop rock ish for 2 albums, but still retained some rock elements. Most of their music 2007-2013 is mostly post-hardcore and rock with punk influence. I recommend Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer live at Yokohama Stadium (pop punk vibe) or Deeper Deeper at the same concert (has screams in it)
Hi! Thank you for the reaction! I’m a huge one ok rock fan, they have a lot of stuff and sometimes some of the songs are just not my jam. I think it’s totally normal. But one thing you cant deny is how crazy Taka’s vocal is ☀️ He never fails to surprise me with his voice. For their heavier stuff you can check these live performances: Make it out alive 1CHANCE FESTIVAL 2023 (quite new performance) One by one 35xxxv tour live Mighty long fall at Yokohama Live Deeper Deeper also at Yokohama Live Personally I also really love their older stuff: Nobody’s home live at Yokohama arena Nothing helps at Yokohama live Liar 2013 tour live Maybe some of these would be to your liking.
No worries if you’re not hooked on it. They do a wide variety of genres in their music. I actually tend to not care for this song as much. I’d say, give at least 3 more songs a listen and then we won’t bother you anymore 🤗
These guys are great. Heres 3 more requests, Epica - Sancta Terra live with floor / Rivers live. My first Story - Underground. music video Hope you are doing good my friend. Also these guys are probably more your style = Sokoninaru Oh and more Maximum the hormone lol Lets talk about Menkata Cottelee :)
@@UntitledtotheGrave I've been up and I've been down.. such is life I guess. Thanks fella. Yea I listen to alot of music. Like too much probably. Trying to stay sane in a insane world. 😀
