Don't let your apartment turn into a jungle. My $ tree did great on Long Island. Never grew any money though. I was so disappointed.
Thank you for taking me along with you to the nursery. My grandparents used to own a nursery in Zephyrhills many years ago and this journey through the plants with the beautiful soft music you chose, brought me such joy and peace. It was just what I needed today.❤️

I was lucky enough to inherit two Green Thumbs from both sides of my family. Both my Grandfather and Grandmother had beautiful gardens full of wonderful flowers and plants. My Mom and I were also plant loving folk and I grew up with lots of house plants and lots of backyard plants, fruit trees, and my Mom’s favorite, Rose bushes.
I’ve always had lots of indoor plants in the places I’ve lived, they really bring Life into one’s dwelling, plus they improve the air quality as well.
Growing up, in Springtime, my Mom and I would go shopping at K-Mart and OSH for new plants for the garden. Lots of Happy Memories of those days. ☺️
Watching your video really reminded me of the fun of Plant Shopping. My vote is definitely for more videos like this! 👍👍

Nothing like taking a walk thru a plant nursery. I'm in Arizona and you can grow some tropical plants here. You just have to mist often and keep their sun exposure to a minimum. Where I totally fail is growing Poppies. I tried from seed and buy established plants and they die. 😢

My favorite nursery is Duncheon’s in Land O Lakes. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is nice. And get coffee after at Aroma Joe’s’ a few miles down the road.

All the hard work you put into this video and I have to comment on the birds and the insect sounds at the end. That was just the perfect way to end this. Thanks for all the great info in this, especially the organic spray. People need to be very careful with the "organic" labeling these days as it has been such a scam over the past decade plus. So even getting a veggie garden going, one has to be careful about buying the right organic seeds so as to not infect current and future crops they want to raise. I suppose that could be a whole other video as well. Outstanding job with this one!

Annuals are plants that die off and you have to plant new ones every year. Perennials come back every year after like the cold months.

Looking at plants is fun I also like the plant with those large leaves the one you bought I had one of those and the cactus with the pink red colour at the top. You could get one with yellow too it looked like a little banana.

I recently tried to grow from seed some Coleus a rainbow variety and black dragon sadly only the dragons sprouted. would never had imagined that I would turn in to a plant person at 53 years of age. My son has so many different plants at the side of my house. (I am babysitting until he moves) but half of them I don't know the names of...lol. He took Horticulture in High School...not me..😂

Aw thank you so much!! I take care of it as best as possible, I make sure to always wash my face and take off my makeup at night no matter how tired I am. And I’ve been using sunscreen lately which I think is helping with not only skin health but getting more of a dewy look😊 plus.. I sweat & have combo skin haha! Thank you again!
