Nice simple video ,but once adjusted how do i know if the flow from the pump to the carb is enough?I have a Derbi GPR50 that has seized twice and i suspect the oil pump is not pushing out enough,when running (on premix) i hold the pump fully open but barely anything comes out i can't beleive it has enough umph to get up to the carb.
Make sure both 2 lines on the right are below the left single line if you are using tuning exhaust or aftermarket cylinder kit, otherwise it will sieze after a while

My Gilera Runner 180cc old model do not know exactly between 97-02. firing pin becomes pitch black once it starts then it will not go well, when it dies, would not start again until you changed the spark plugs then the same thing happens as soon as you started. I think it is because of the oil. This is where you show the right approach and fix the problem, or, replace the entire oil pump. Tips thanks
hi i have a piaggio x9 500cc 2003 and ive been told my oil pump as failed is it easy to fix and would i need any spacial tools from what ive been told its a plastic toothed wheel with like a hub on it

Hello, the 2 lines are like this from the factory ( - - ) ? I have a bigger engine kit ( 49mm piston) , should I get the pump to carry more oil to the carburator ? tnx

Hi can you help I have just rebuilt my 50cc typhoon with a new 70cc kit and crank carb performance exhaust etc... she is running sweet but every now and then the oil light flickers on and off do you have any ideas??? Please

i wouldn't even use the pump with a 49MM kit but instead mix it myself it's not going to get enough oil if you leave it standard

Hello bro,if i install 70cc kit,how much I need to increase the oil supply?
I just put a cap of oil in with fuel and left it on standard settings seems to be fine
The lines should NOT be aligned, with piaggio stock pumps the right one should be 3mm beneath the left one
