Yawns are the best way to begin a vocal session! I aim to yawn for 7-10 minutes before I start my more intensive exercises.
Top 3 Reasons Why You Should Add Yawning To Your warm-ups:
1. They help fight tension by releasing tight muscles in your jaw, neck and throat.
2. It bathes your brain in a “Yawner’s Cocktail” of feel-good chemicals like dopamine and serotonin.
