- How Good Is The ACE Paragon Vs. The ELITE Boss? BTD6 / Bloons TD 6 - this week's elite boss is pretty hard, which means it's time to pull out the new goliath doomship to see how good it is against it! However to get there in the first place is quite the process, so see how that was done.

I forgot about the "no monkey knowledge" rule so when I struggled for over half an hour to get a VTSG together I simply left the save and went back to insta farming. Also, this elite boss had the lowest amount of ranked participants in recent memory.
We spent 2,000,000 lol
Why VTSG when Lych? It relies on superbuff

@@tetra_kirby5691 if you are getting a TSG you might as well get a VTSG. Also you can still give it village buff, and carrier flagship buff.

Considering how hard the boss is, ISAB and its paragon certainly did a good job at popping the bloons

I feel like Ben needs a buff. It's kind of ridiculous that even in a farming heavy game mode like elite bosses, it's better to go for Geraldo because it's money and defense.
I don't know if Ben needs a buff, Geraldo probably just needs more nerfs. Ben is still pretty sick especially if you go for banks.
I'm pretty sure that means Geraldo needs nerfs, not ben needs buffs.
Yeah that's fair. I mean, anything to make it so that Geraldo isn't the default choice for everything aside from self imposed restrictions or challenges.
ben doesnt need buffs, its more that geraldo is simply better in most situations, due to its crazy amount of sheer power. Even if you buff Ben to the same level of geraldo, people would choose the latter since it is so versatile.

i feel like disabling mk on lych is a bad idea, because you are limited to how many lives you can/can't lose, but for any other bosses is okay, especially on this make without mk is hard

Unfortunately they had to. The Wingmonkey knowledge crashes the game and locks your saved game when used on the ace paragon and NK can't allow that.

As much as I absolutely LOVE the glaive dominus, I will not say he is necesseraily better than the apex plasma master
It's just that both are specialized. Open maps? Glaive. Lots of walls? Dart.

i say this just because, we have 2 primary paragons, 2 military paragons, one of the newer paragons was a support paragon, magic only have one and since ninja didn't got any new one

I'm wondering if their Beast Handler tower coming in an update or two will have a paragon with it, and that's Support
They have confirmed wizard to be next months ago.
the wizard paragon is probably not going to come until at least next year, seeing how we received this update in early october and each update takes around 2 - 4 months. Also nk has sights set on the upcoming tower (which would obviously be imbalanced upon release)
Spamming spike storm with every dmg debuff you can think off on lych works suprisingly well with Geraldos rejuv potion, against tier 3 on normal.
I did only use 12 of them so it might work for elite too?

No obstacles for the dart paragon to explode
It'd be nice if the machine gun attack was 360 degree, since afaik no ace in btd6 has a forwards only attack (I know they could in an older btd, I think 5, with the upgrade building)

You should use a Downdraft to stall the rounds when the Boss comes out. The round will never end till you pop everything. Don't have to worry about hard AI rounds & helps you farm WAYY better
Literal 500 IQ play! I never realized until a few days back that it was possible to stall the normal bloon rounds on the first tier of the boss.
@@jacobcoopermogil2683 Yes sir! Your Boss rounds should ALWAYS be 1 round! This helps weaker players tremendously because it might take them 10 rounds to pop the Boss Bloon & before you know it the next ones on its way! It's a MUST have tower!
@@codyowings9895 amusingly, this is easier said than done, early on in boss runs. And I say this with much experience to back it up.
And much frustration too.
@@jacobcoopermogil2683 Lol True...but even if you can't completely stall out the round its 100x better than not having one at all. Just lock that bad boy in place at the top of the map & you'll do twice as better than you normally do

I can't seem to beat the normal one, I got up the wall street a couple rounds before tier two, still barely beat it, and died to tier three, I was using Ben instead of Geraldo but his trojan seems so useful.

I actually used boomer paragon and it was lvl 1 too but it killed the lych wayy faster than dart lvl 1

This is legit the first boss that ive done that i couldnt beat the normal version of it (not having geraldo hurts) and especially losing all my mk hurts too
I used a dark champion Insta for t1 and after that it was easy

Never thought I'd see the day where the Boomerang paragon is better than the Dart paragon..
And it only needed a dart nerf, boomer buff, horrible map for dart, no monkey knowledge and other paragons to be restricted so it would actually get used.

Use this hearts potion in the geraldo shop to reset ace paragon ability and u beat easy 3 skull witch this trick
they nerfed geraldo and it no longer works in this update it only works on normal towers not paragons.
