i remember ebony fashion fair when i was a child. very cool you guys did something on fashion fair. but, what did hamish buy? and was this a special auction or what? i don't feel like you adequately explained what this particular event was and what he does with the clothes after they are purchased.

The credit for the yellow dress at 1:39 should be corrected. The dress is not designed by Ungaro but by Claude Montana.

LOL! You are so right, and to this day they have not corrected it! It was so clearly a Claude Montana, I wonder if Anna knows about this ! LOL

love the series, and the stories of Hamish are great to hear, but come on: he says "I love to find Ungaro", and then showing a photograph of a yellow Claude Montana coat? You are Vogue! You should know better, no?

why on earth didn't Linda, the daughter, find someone who would buy the collection, keep it in tact and donate it to a museum. this is black fashion history lost forever!

?? How does someone that lives like a hoarder and dresses like a clown, manage to get a job as a style EXPERT... it is like having having Will Smith teach anger management classes.
