- Most enemies of this event are slow moving tanks with weight 3 so Rosa just shreds them, even the boss fits that mold too so Rosa becomes the easy best choice for this map and is event better than typhon since she can spread her damage more instead of hyper focusing on one target

its good you probably dont need typhon, I underestimated her and pulled her again after 8 months on CN and I think she is too much role compression. you don't need any casters or snipers, thorns, etc after typhon. typhon is completely broken in general gameplay.

Not at all true. Typhoon is objectively better no matter what angle you look at it from. Its just that rosa is pretty good too thanks to her module giving massive buffs against boss enemies.

That's what I meant. Sure, if it's about boss killing or dps, Typhoon got the edge. But Rosa is more of hard cc dps hybrid and Typhoon simply murders enemies instead, with a sprinkle of some soft single target/group cc in there

Clears with typhoon + other snipers exist so the raw CC wasnt even the main selling thing here. Rosa just deals good damage and thats all. Damage that is lower than thyphoon that is.
Also fun fact: thyphoons CC uptime is higher than rosas

I said Rosa can do things Typhoon cannot. Rosa is a more specialized unit and comparing the two is like comparing apples to oranges in terms of their usage.
Specifically, her niche is long range multi target binding for a comparatively long time on a short cooldown.
Typhoon is the overall better unit, as is often the case with overtuned DPS monsters like her.
Btw, there is an argument to be made about Rosa being better at crowdcontrolling bosses, since bosses tend to become more and more resistant to hard cc like stun, freeze, Levi, sleep as the game goes on, but rarely are also immune to bind.
Cliff for example can only be bound or slowed and Rosa's bind is better than typhoons slow.

Lvl matters a lot on this specific kind of niche run. Especially if there is difference in 45+ level worth of stats and how skill scaling and def calculation works.

Thing is he had a decent zombie apocalypse in the making already well before he started messing around with wacky ancient ultra-tech he had no clue about, and he'd developed the ability to do so basically at random.
...how this place manages to go a decade without something civilization-ending happening is a good question.
@@broadbandislife Not really. The story indicates that he left alive after the events of his arc. It just suddenly switched to talulah without the story focusing on what he was doing so he quite litterally got forgotten in a minute on a story perspective.
Also alot of calamity inducing things do happen in arknights. Its just that a significant portion of them arent used in story anymore. The catastrophes could be the single most forgotten thing in the game lol
