2. FIRM/CLEAR/DIRECT boundaries. Consequences for those who don't respect them.
3. Cut out ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that doesn't serve your health and your wealth
4. Take action every day toward your ideal life/reality
5. Gratitude
6. Master your mind/emotions (do not be a slave to these)! YOU ARE THEIR MASTER!
7. Keep your promises. Treat yourself like the Queen that you are.
8. Learn (and ultimately master) new HEALTHY skills
9. UNDERSTAND: not every man is built to see your value. They are not all capable nor able.
10. Be confident and authentic
11. Create peace around you, and within you
12. NEVER EVER accept anything/anyone that disrespects you and your boundaries
13. Be open to correction and growth and evolution
14. Be the woman God wants you to be and has created you to be
A man who loves a woman will not ignore her, ever, period.
So...
If he ignores me
I will step back
and he will lose me.
I don’t play any of these childish abusive controlling mind-games.
I will only be with a man who values and appreciates me,
and treats me as the Queen that I AM.
Because I am a beautiful and kind and sexy and wise and magical and loving woman:
who knows my worth.
Period.
Whenever you are alone, remind yourself
that GOD has sent everyone else away,
so that there is only you
and him...
Do not feel lonely,
the entire universe is inside you.

I need to discover myself
1. Know your value!!! (Do NOT doubt yourself.)
2. Take yourself and your worth seriously. You need to BE A QUEEN to be treated like one.
3. Don’t give easy access to anyone, at any time. Access to your energy should be expensive.
4. Do NOT only express your boundaries. YOU MUST show them.
5. Always be ready to walk away.
6. Show that you are focused on actions not on words.
7. Have a healthy degree of skepticism.
8. You must be willing to say NO and you must be willing to lose the man, if needed.
9. Never EVER chase a man! A truly worthy woman, (who knows her worth)
does not EVER chase a man.
Giving the same energy that you're getting
is key
and if you don't like that energy
then move on! NOW!
It can be hard
but that's when you need to choose yourself
over the damn illusion/fantasy.
A man who loves a woman will not ignore her, ever, period.
So...
If he ignores me

Simple. Simple.
Non-dramatic
and uncomplicated.
I don’t,
under any circumstance:

And,
I can put my attention on the calm moment that I am in, NOW,
the food I just ate, and the fact that my body is satisfied, the shelter I do have...
(You get my idea!)
Both are here...
And now.
For the sake of fairness,
I will allow myself to cry my pains, in the moment
if/when they come/arise,
AND
also acknowledge the beauty I still have in my life NOW.
Pain? Yes.
Suffering? Indeed.

How the actual fuck is this my life at 44?
- Forever perpetually alone and single (never ever been in a real relationship)
- Never ever had a real friend
- Poverty
- Diabetic
- Lonely and alone
- Frumpty-dumpty (everyone thinks I'm so old)
- Child-less
- No family of my own
I'm in hell and there's no escape.
I'm drowning in grief and rage.
My soul is raped.
I am traumatized and paralyzed.
I was a child, in so much pain, abused, bullied,
minimal to no support, just doing my best.
What a miracle
to be able to feel such rage and grief.
So beautiful.
So wild.
So gorgeous.
So intense.
So loving, so kind.
So free.
PRAYER:
Lord, I pray for healing:
physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and spiritually,
In JESUS' name: break every chain, stronghold, yoke,
every generational curse, and all witchcraft, and spell work.
Holy Spirit, anoint me: from the top of my head to the soles of my feet.
Release me, completely, from every darkness looming around me, in Jesus' name.
Shine your light, your healing, your saving grace, and power over me.
And FILL me with YOUR AGAPE LOVE and grace.

This one person makes me simply pay attention to how to make me ok without beliefs or religion. I'm more okay today than ever.
you are a guru you can either get a girlfriend and have children or become a guru at your age i would just be a guru meditation let go of all your desires and try to reach enlightenment try fasting that's one way to become enlightened
