I had to train my mind to be consistent no matter how much or little. I really had to learn that progress is progress and it’s not a set pace I have to go. This has helped so much and I’ve been consistent and disciplined since my birthday in June and we are now creeping to the end of the year.

I NEEDED THIS BADDDDD. I trying to lose an additional 35lbs and, I’m trying to grow my socials by posting more, and learn guitar and get back into drawing. But I feel so impatient, almost like I’m not willing to do the hard work. I’ve been feeling bad bc I’ve had so much time due to my gap year i took, but I’m going to back to school on January. I feel bad that I haven’t stayed consistent with some of the things on the list. I know that college is going to take a lot of my time, but I’m willing to focus solely on the end result Thank so much ❤

hi gym girlies so HELP ME i have no way or access to a gym or weights , i only have one 5kg weight and two 2 kg dumbells and a small bed room and access to the internet ive ALWAYS wanted to lift heavy and stuff but like i said i have no access financially or physically to a gym or getting more weights so please help me any ideas of ways i can make dumbells at home or workout channels that make muscle building workouts without weights ( btw my current workout is kinda pathetic honestly i do cardio shyrlin kims kpop body workout an arm workout and daisy keeches slim waist workout )HELP ME GIRLIES
I love Sydney Cummings videos she has THE BEST at home workouts in my opinion even for muscle building. As far as dumbbells at home, I know Amazon sells dumbbells where you can adjust the weight up to about 45 to 50 pounds (and it’s only a set). I would suggest looking into those and saving up for them, they’re actually quite inexpensive !! Resistance bands are great as well depending on how you train, but genuinely I would suggest looking at her videos they’re so great!!!
hello :) I work out from home and had a similar issue to you! I used to watch Monikafit a lot when I wanted to do at home work outs with out weights I recently got some dumbbells that can change into different weights! So instead of having multiple dumbbells, I have one that can go from 10 pounds all the way up to around 75!

I used to use milk jugs to workout!! 💗 You can use them full of milk or wash them out and put rocks and sand!

Try Caroline Girvan workouts! They're great for the weights you have (at least I get my ass kicked with 2kg)
