George was my favorite Beatle. Loved hs spirituality, musical creativity and sense of humor, he is greatly missed. I hope to meet him in the life after!
When I first heard this song on the Radio, I thought it was the Beatles. 1971, at least the Radio DJ announced it was the Beatles. Love the Guitar Riff here!
I am in love with this song. I cannot stop listening to it. It is perfect. I can't believe I've lived 38 years without "All Things Must Pass" in my life.
dont know if anyone cares but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can stream pretty much all of the latest series on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my brother recently xD
George's guitar playing really shines through here. The man had such wonderful personality and spirit, and he will always be my favorite of the Beatles. We can relate to his music on such a personal level, and it's us deep, shy, unique folks who love him for the deep, shy, unique guy he was.
Emerging from the shadows of John and Paul with evocative songs, George showed he was their equal. Whether or not they knew how brilliant he was, one thing is sure: with a little help from his friends, he recorded a life-affirming masterpiece.
George was such a good soul. He seemed to be the most introspective of all the boys. And I agree with the comment on his guitar licks. Awesome and his trademark. What an inspirational artist! Rest in Peace, George.
I think about George a lot this time of year. he was a beautiful man inside and out. I absolutely adored him. I grew up listening to the beatles and to all their solo albums. my dad has them all, so I listened to them with him. George was always a gorgeous man. his stunning good looks and those incredibly beautiful eyes made me melt. I hate cancer. it's taken too many wonderful human beings from the world.
Well its not really cancer that took off his life, the fact is his 40 stab wounds that killed the legendary talented beatle George in his friar homes, in London and after 3 years he died because if infection , it was George deep faith in the lord that he was survived in those crucial miments of his life with strong wife Olivia
Wishing we still had George with us, in this life. Perhaps his work in this life was completed and I hope he's in perfect peace, wherever his spirit is.
I really just love him. You can see the anguish, as he was a Beatle. All of them. What's the word... Just used! And the pure joy later in his life. I love that he got that peace.
One of George's greatest hits, certainly proving there was life after the Beatles, and a good one at that. The photos here are incredible and of LIFE magazine quality, the highest compliment I can give it.
George Harrison was one of the most inspirational, innovative and amazing musicians, and human beings, of all time. His music is an inspiration to millions and he will countinue to inspire future generations with his passionate lyrics and compelling songs. R.I.P. George!
Out of all of the Beatles solo efforts, this song stands out as the most powerful yet reflective. The song grips you with the orchestration and Harrison's mastery on guitar.
Matheus Majer Oh nothing -- just a recluse who tortured women, pulled guns on many bands in recording studios and finally murdered someone. Freaky enough for you?
Its a cool typo, I thought you did it on purpose actually. The Beatles are the best, so theyre the Bestles, ya know? Theyre not actually the best but, whatever haha!
George Harrison: The soulful Beatle, and a beautiful, sweet soul you were on earth, now in Heaven. Thank you for your music, you make me happy and give me peace. Hope to meet you in Heaven someday.
Killer at the guitar! When playing the electric guitar without bottleneck on this tour, he played the blues-rock style that became popular in the era (and at least he showed that he could "Clapton" with the best of them), but on the slide, he introduced elements of Indian and Jazz sensibilities, elevating the playing from merely excellent flexibility( "yah want rock-a-billy? ok; yah want Claptonesque blooze rock? ok; etc.") to unmistakable "HARRISONESQUE" style.
I'm stunned that you didn't get more than 10,000,000 hits. "What Is Life" the greatest song by one of the greatest rockers of all-time. They just don't cut "the Big Beat" like this any more. Thanks for the treat.
Great pics of George. Thank you. Did you know that the Beatles cut "Paperback Writer" to prove they could harmonize right up there with the Beach Boys? It's debatable whether or not they matched the Beach Boys harmonic genius, but their lyrics were superior.
Inolvidable. Bendiciones.
What is Life is my favorite Harrison song, I can hear so much emotion from him in the track. It's a real shame that his smoking habit took him before his time!

A man with a wonderful soul, and a mind for beautiful talent. How can you not smile or cry when you listen to his music and lyrics?
One of my favourite George Harrison songs.
Mine Is all those years ago
Emerging from the shadows of John and Paul with evocative songs, George showed he was their equal. Whether or not they knew how brilliant he was, one thing is sure: with a little help from his friends, he recorded a life-affirming masterpiece.
Inspirational, George is an amazing man who gave this world so much.
Happy Birthday George!! Thanks for your music!! Cheryl and Ray R.I.P.

From the riveting guitar opening to the very end this is quintessential Harrison and pure gold!!!
I know! I love his guitar riffs and everything! He was very special and will always be missed. RIP

I love George. What a talent. And what a loss.
You said it right, Elizabeth. He left us much too young, but left us with a wealth of beauty. I miss him so much.
I know.
I really just love him. You can see the anguish, as he was a Beatle. All of them. What's the word... Just used!

One of George's top 5 solo songs with out a doubt!
Possibly my favorite song from George. Definitely does not get enough airplay.
Great song, what a great talent George was.
Great song George, what is life without you.
Out of all of the Beatles solo efforts, this song stands out as the most powerful yet reflective. The song grips you with the orchestration and Harrison's mastery on guitar.
Great song. I think George was very underated. Great singer.
George will always live in my heart! Thank you for posting this.
LOVE this song by George Harrison! Use to play it over and over and over again! Great feelings when I hear it now!!! WOW! Thanks! Peggy Ford
Beautiful! Thank you so much. George was really unsung, a rare talent, but also not made for stardom. A curious mix of talent and humility. Brilliant!
Phil Spector's fingerprints are all over this great song. Huge sound. The man's a freak, but he knew how to make records.
True.
+Randy Bailin Yes the Spector wall of sound really takes this up to the stratosphere.
Why a freak?
Matheus Majer Oh nothing -- just a recluse who tortured women, pulled guns on many bands in recording studios and finally murdered someone. Freaky enough for you?
+ClueSign Oh God D:
Rest in peace. George. Harrison we will never forget you and your music 🎶 😢
Definitely my favorite song, of all his solo work. Always has been, always will be.
George has always been my favorite Beatle. He was gifted! he has been missed by millions. :)
Just shows that each Bestle was special in their own way.

RAWFOOT TEAM Lol, just noticed my typo. How insulting of me.

Its a cool typo, I thought you did it on purpose actually. The Beatles are the best, so theyre the Bestles, ya know? Theyre not actually the best but, whatever haha!
RAWFOOT TEAM haha i guess it is, The Bestles. I agree, a good pun?, if it is a pun. idk.

Excellent pictures of a beautiful man. Beautiful on the inside.
Tell me, what will be our life without such philosophical and beautiful songs like this one. Thanks Harrison and you for clip!

The Dark Horse for me will always be one of the best in rock history.
Killer at the guitar! Yes agree what a beautiful song and composition by John and Pauls mate,
Gerry Christmas. Agree. It's a stunner piece of work.
This song was issued way back in 1970. I first listened to it in 2000 and ever since became one of my favorite songs ever.
The genius of Phil Spector & George Harrison together. Wow.
