Another thing that I wouldn't mind seeing is maybe a video on the construction of tools like hammers or some of your simpler woodworking tools such as your draw knives, albeit I am a little biased there as that's what I want to get done during my winter break ;) Beyond that, I'm loving what you guys are doing, keep up the good work

And I am very interested in trying, but, by far, I could not manage to make realy good metal carving tool, due to wrong, unskilled tip geometry. So I would like to see how you guys make your tools, jigs and so, your approaches to technical problems you get in your workflow.

While playing my guitar and watching this I synced up with that music and really like what I did. I Go to bensound.com from the description but the list is massive. Question for the guys who swing hammers: how often do you get sore? Do you have any physical routines that help keep your muscles from binding up? I've always imagined that tendinitis or general soreness would be a big issue after doing it for a number of years.
You are correct. Most people who swing a hammer do it wrong. If you generate your swing from your elbow you will encounter problems. You should be using your shoulder and back muscles to generate your swing.

Defy media went and disappeared off the face of the planet. And possibly with a lot of channels add revenue money. There was a Phillip DeFranco newsy episode on it. A bunch of the creators also are accusing Defy of not paying them for at least a month. There's also a bunch of articles about it, but because RUclips isn't "real content" mainstream media won't cover it, even thought its possibly quite a few millions of dollars gone. Phil's show was the first I'd heard about it. I think in September? Maybe? The Defy logo was on the thumbnail and the title said something about it, that should give you a decent starting point to check it out.
The Norse had borax, although it would have been expensive. It was available in Europe from the 8th Century CE onwards: the height of Norse civilization was in the 10th Century CE. But it did come from Tibet via the Silk Road, so it would have cost more than today. That being said, the point of the borax is to prevent oxidation. Quite a few other materials also have this property, including plain old charcoal.

Wear a mask, graphite is toxic.

dude its the same process, you could carve a skull or a peace symbol in the soapstone, thats why he says scribe your shape and carve it out

Can other metals be used as I'm allergic to silver
Anything non-toxic with a low enough melting point should work. Aluminum, bronze, pewter etc.
the metal you use is totally up to what your capabilities to bring that type of metal to a pure molten state
