    Warm-up thoroughly before starting workout
    Reps & Sets for each exercise listed in video
    Rest for 2:00 - 3:00 between each set
    When completing workout, aim to complete the minimum amount of reps shown on the video, in each session increase your reps until you reach the max shown. Once completed, you can either move to a harder progression/add weight/increase number of sets.
