Highway 93N - Illegal passing (near headon)

Highway 93N, around of Bow Lake, vehicle nearly crashes because they pass on blind corner.
The vehicle then followed the camper ahead of it for the next 20 minutes without trying to pass. Clearly had a brown pants moment.
