I’m a night owl so late posts work very well for me. I don’t have a list of “to do’s” set up for tomorrow. I’m gonna do that right now. I’m working on better habits rather than resolutions. If I can get all the things I put on my list done tomorrow, I will consider it a good start to the New Year. Thanks for the inspiration.

Ooh girl, let me tell you. My sister just got one (I've had mine for about 2 years) and asked me if it was good for black eyed peas and other dried beans, and she called me like she had just won the lottery because it took her less than an hour from start to finish with dried beans 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I 100% support the instant pot movement 🙌🙌

Happy new year! Yeah,I started getting rid of stuff a few months ago and it just feels so good to open a cabinet or closet and not have stuff falling out lol.no more clutter and the house seems to feel better if that makes sense..😷

I’ve actually done the same, cut papers down to more manageable sizes and gave away, sold, donated and kept a more manageable amount that makes it easier for me when it comes to creating something.

We just got hammered with two feet of snow then last night an ice storm ( upstate NY ), I am sooo feeling you there. Only good thing was we just got new 4x4 's that did well in the weather, to get to and from work thankfully ! Ive been doing to do lists as well, but I find I am really bummed when I am not able to finish it all, but I am more productive over all, so there's that lol My husband has started peeking at my list and helping me finish though, so awesome!!! I am going to miss the daily vlogs. I get really spoiled during your vlogmas !! Thanks for all the sharing and great ideas!

I have swimmers too! Dinners are hard with practices, I feel like we never eat dinner together. Slow cooker meals, casseroles and pastas are my go to meals.

I made a list the night before to be 'productive,' put it on my frig & went on the following morning pretending I didn't see it 😂 then proceeded the NEXT day after that to start my list just so that could carry on to the third day 😭 only have one thing left & I must admit, feeling pretty accomplished crossing off my to do list that I started 3 days ago 😂😭

You cutting up your papers reminds me of me and my stash. I was a demonstrator for a large rubber stamping company for 11 years and I accumulated a LOT of stuff. Last year I gave away probably 100 stamp sets and I still have a ton more (plus, paper, ink pads, accessories). I love all things paper, I have a hard time parting with some of this stuff even though I rarely use it. I always think someday when i don't work full time I will have more time for crafting.

I had a 72 Mustang Grande. Oklahoma gets ice/snow a few times a year. Mustang was great in SNOW, gotta love American heavy metal body cars. Slushy day after ice I would high center at intersections every damn time 🤦🏽♀️

My dad used to have a Mustang here in Chicago and he *loved* it...in summer. The big reason he ended up getting rid of it was because of the winters.
I’m glad you aren’t a complaint kinda girl. I am too. I don’t complain unless it’s something big or major. If I get something wrong and I can’t eat/drink it I either throw it out or give to family or take it back (I mostly do that if I am being lazy or I’m in my PJs 😂 and don’t want to get out of the car)and not complain but just ask for another with a smile on my face. 2 reasons for this. 1. I do not want a spit wad in my food/drink. I worked at Jamba Juice and we had a special way of dealing with rude complaints. (story for another time hahaha) 2. I worked as a supervisor for Walt Disney travel co. (We sold tickets and hotel stays) for 15 years and you would not believe the kinda of complaints people have. Especially because we are Disney and are expected to give away crap but we are also a business. Disney expected us and taught us to be magical and still deny people free crap. Later in my career there I stopped with denying and if it was reasonable I would just give it to them. If you were a rude complainer or are being impossible - you wouldn’t get anything from me. You get more bees with honey. If you go about complaints in a rude or inconsiderate way you will never get what you want.

One of my biggest pet peeves are the people in this world that obviously think they are the only ones that exist on this planet. No regard for the people around them. Get your food at the drive thru and you go through each and every bag they are given taking each thing out in front of the workers and still in front of the drive thru with 10 cars behind you kinda people. Move out of the damn way. Don’t show the workers how incompetent you expect them to be by going through everything with a fine tooth comb. Right in front of them. Park in front and get your lazy ass out of the car to complain if needed. Those kind of people. The people who know there are 2 total people working in a store and they complain at their turn and ask to speak with the manager. The worker says the manager is assisting another customer in the front of the store and asks if will they would please step aside until the manager is free. The jerk looks behind him/her and sees the 10 people waiting behind them. They say they will not step aside because they refuse to be pushed aside and forgotten about. So in turn he/she is holding up the only line. Those kind of people. I sound like a bitter old lady and I can tell you I became that way after dealing with those kind of people for 15 years. Can anyone relate?
Have u tried the Lucy apples that are pink inside? Originally they were only sold at Trader Joe’s but ShopRite started selling them a couple of weeks ago and I finally got my hands on them. Really pretty and delicious. I also tried a couple of other new varieties- Cosmic apples and Autumn Bounty apples. All really good.

My boyfriend drives a Mustang and no, you absolutely should not drive it in the snow! He also has a hyundai to drive when the weather is not ideal (from KS btw) He wonders the same thing when he sees Mustangs out and about in the snow!

I will never make any meat/pasta dish other than lasagna outside the instapot again. I make spaghetti usually. But instead of a pot, a pan, a strainer, you just have the instapot & a paper towel.
