    More high schoolers need to see this. D1 sounds great but your gonna run into dudes like this at D3 more often than you think. Go where your going to play and develop!

      As someone who went and played D3 after being at a D1...no you aren't.
      There are maybe a handful of guys at this level in D3 and D3 schools have more issues than people realize even without taking into consideration that they don't give out athletic scholarships.
      I think D3 is great if you can afford the school and want to play for fun, but if you are serious about playing at the next level the environment in D1 schools is almost always going to be a better one for development.

  • @TaurineDippy

    Can we get a detailed breakdown of how he is able to create so much force? Most of the time when we see balls in the mid-90s, we have a lot of leverage being created by these long, tall bodies, but why is he able to create so much force. Is him being on the other side of the rubber part of it? As in, he is creating more right to left force instead of downward, so he has to be more to the right side of the rubber to compensate for the added body displacement that is created by this right to left force being generated?

    • @TaurineDippy
      @TaurineDippy 11 месяцев назад

      This could also be why when he reaches back and tries to overthrow, like in 1:36, he misses gloveside down, instead of up and in like the typical guy? I'm just guessing here, these are genuine questions.

      They need a side view it would show you his lower body drive. Can't believe they don't.

    • @treadathletics
      @treadathletics  11 месяцев назад

      There are two bullpens simultaneously running side by side in this video, so there's no way to have a standard side view rolling on a 4th angle.

      He's an elite rotator and incredibly strong for his size. This tends to be the case with most shorter guys who throw hard. I'm going to link to a couple videos we've made about height and velocity below:
