    That is one bad ass looking school. What was the deciding factor of doing this over springs?

      Thank you. The foam blocks we used are significantly cheaper than using the springs... I think each block cost about 50 cents... And each Spring is about $6.
      Also we didn't need it to bounce back super hard like a gymnastics tumbling floor.
      One thing that I didn't consider at first, is the spring that you get from the plywood... Most of the bounce and spring in the floor now comes from the wood.

    Considering a similar flooring option for my recreational gymnastics floor. What thickness did you use for both layers of plywood?

      Sorry, I wasn’t asked but I see the channel host didn’t answer. 3/8 or 1/2 ply. Remember you’re doubling down on it so no need for 3/4 plywood.

    How’s it holding up ? Where did you get the foam ?

      You can get the foam in almost every shop that sells construction materials.

      The floor is the best. Zero problems. We got the blocks as well as the blueprint for the project from Fuji mats website
