You are right about the hygiene especially in this day and age. Vietnam has definitely came a long way and has improved alot! What ashame for Pho Thin as being a famous restaurant. Hope they see this video and improve on it. If you stay in Saigon you'll definitely see the difference!

I live in vietnam, and im glad you had some good experiences and such a pity about the hygiene level of some of the restaurants there in hanoi, you should come to saigon and try the food there, in my experience the service and hygiene standard is better. Even i live here in vietnam but if the restaurant doesnt look clean i would not eat there at all. Its just not worth it for me. I can understand how you got upset but kudos, you braved it out 👍

Vietnam have many nice and and upscale restaurants. I am just curious, how come you pick the least hygiene restaurant for your Vietnam trip/vlog. While others trips, you choose the upscale restaurants. Love Terence. He has such sense of humor.

Please make more travel videos of luxury places. Hanoy looks usual. Jamie eats noodles which is nothing special. Everyone eats noodles on RUclips. Please make videos of Seychelles, Mauritius, Japan, maybe Switzerland. What about Carib sea. South Korea. Vietnam is too common tourist destination.
