Do you realize there are countless prosecutors, who lie and blackmail defendants to accept a 'plea guilty or take the chance of getting a 25-year jail time?
There's a book by Paul Craig Roberts: The Tyranny of Good Intentions: How Prosecutors and Law Enforcement are Trampling the Constitution in the Name of Justice.
The title alone should make watch your m.
Don't judge a book by its cover also he probably wears suits nearly every day and just wants to wear something comfy he is still relatively young so I'd say he's dressed just trendy , and its his chosen career and he's worked long hours and nights and he took a big chance best of luck to him , ultimately its down to judge and jury at the end of the day if the evidence is there 9/10 there'll be found guilty
But a lawyer knowingly defends peoppe who've committed crimes. Is that really a noble thing?

Can’t see how it’s halal money to defend criminals. Yasir gave a good insight once, if the judge doesn’t know ur guilty or innocent how is a Solictor meant to know. But that’s false. If a judge decide to go either way does that truly mean they’re innocent or guilty? It depends how good your Solictor is and good the jury is and how good you can persuade the judge.
Meaning filthy rich people could easily win cases against a really poor innocent person would lose. It’s actually such a flawed system.
Everyone is innocent till proven guilty.
@@NoRiskNoRizq only based on a failed justice system. Realistically killers and rapists and paedos have been off the hook based on their wealth and legal choices. There’s cases in the UK where courts hid names of rapists solely because of their family names being upperclass. There’s injustice in the justice system. Winning a case doesn’t mean someone is innocent and losing a case doesn’t mean someone is guilty.

Is a lawyers money haram?
Why would it be?
@No Risk No Rizq I did my research and if your a lawyer and you lie or defend wrong. Then this is impermissible. I'm not sure if it makes the money haram, but if your going against the religion and ur making an earning from that technically it would fall under, Haram money.

Suppose, there are 5 charges the prosecutor is filing against a drug dealer (worst case scenario).
2 of them is true, 3 are false.
Is it haram for a lawyer to defend him in those 3 cases?
@autumnicleaf if it includes falsehood and the lawyer lies to defend such a charge. Then this may be considered haram And Allah knows best
