I'm almost certain that it was because of this game that Transformers as a franchise got revitalised and then we got the live action movies and new TV shows and other games. And sadly none of the other games have the same open world greatness of this game. Wish it would get a remake or something.
I would say Devastation came really close in terms of Open-world. The city you could go off of the mission objective and explore the whole city depending on how far along you were in the campaign. Lots of stuff to find.
If they do ever re release it put in on Xbox series X or something because if it's on ps5 I won't be able to get it so I hope it would be Xbox series x
I don't have the same ps2, (slim version now) but I always have had held on to this game and still play it from time to time. I always have to start over because the file gets corrupt
You can also remove the bloom errors by setting Texture Offsets to 300 x 300 and selecting Align Sprite. Haven't found a fix for the shadows unfortunately, other than playing without upscaling the graphics.

Is this on a PS2 as the video description says🤔 i tried playing it on a PS2 slim console and the graphics were awfully blurry and grainy, maybe I got a poor console, returned it and am hoping to get a better working one. I tried emulator but there’s just too much to go into there, lots of configuring needed.

@@jcpuga it unfortunately doesn’t upscale all games, and some like TF look really washed out and low res with the PS2 to HDMI adapter that I used, and that one had solid ratings and reviews, but I guess it can only do so much. I decided to use emulator and it worked out pretty well once I ironed out all the kinks and settings haha.. thanks though

The games textures are amazing. They look really good for ps2. Not played it in ages.

How did you fix the graphics glitchy errors on the PCSX2 emulator? Like texture flickering and vertical discolored lines that appears in Antarctica?

This is definitely an emulator. You can see it chugging like hell at 2:32:20
Get a PS2 to HDMI converter off amazon or a Composite w/Audio to HDMI if you have multiple older consoles.
