Haha. I live in Mn very cold. My heart and electric bill in winter is about $400. My house is 6400 sq ft. My brother lives in Henderson Nv and his house is 3800 sq ft. He pays less. I would say with almost no humidity the houses out in Nv stay preserved well. Look at all the old ghost towns with no up keep for over a hundred years. Amazing there still standing. So I would say with minimal up keep it's not to expensive.

I've worked in pest control in Las Vegas for 20 years. That location has an infestation of scorpions and tarantulas, among other things. No matter how often a bug guy comes out there, he can't control the area surrounding it. The way the house is designed with all its nooks and crevices, it'd be interesting to go there with a blacklight at nighttime.
I'm a Vegas local as well and that was my first thought upon seeing all the open desert and mountain backing up the house. Scorpions are an absolute bitch to get rid of.

Very nice, however ? I say wait in 5 to 10 years now that this extravagant home has been showcased ? We will hopefully get to see even more like this. Kudos to thee custom home builder here for a masterpiece of the fine living in the desert Southwest region. We too in Albuquerque have a small number of very exquisite home's near a sub divison called Tanoan . Some of those homes have 4 car garages in them with great views over the valley and river. This place must have alot of scorpions🦂🦂🦂🦂🦂🦂and spiders🕷️🕷️. I pesticide a large beautiful homes on 7 hills. We did about 10 homes with the same back drop with the mountain as their back yard and the homes we did all had wall to wall infested with scorpions, black widows 🕷️🕷️and those dangerous brown recluse spiders. Working in pest control for over 25 yrs in Vegas I can tell you this, 7 Hills area is popular for those pest and summerlin known for rats do to having the lakes in that area

@@treshamarque1165 if you treat your home twice a year you won't see no creepy crawlers. But being it's so hot during the summer time they usually come back. It's an on going problem. That's why it's important to have your home treated twice a year to make sure they stay away.

I remember when this house was for sale in 2012/2013 for just over $5,000,000 . Now &16,000,000 yes, so,e renovation done, but not $10,000,000 worth.
