I use almost this same method for my masa prep shortcut hack and it turns out great. I cook part of the batter till it turns out almost like tuwo, then add it to the batter in the blender😃 blend everything and the remaining ingredient😉

Thanks. No, there is no need to add cook rice. Just soak the rice, blend and take a little batter and add boiling water to make a paste. After it cools down mix it with the blended butter and add yeast.

You can. However, sinasir is more sweet than masa. Also the butter is a bit runny too.

@@yoouteabassey9302 hi dear, I won’t recommend you using the rice. It is already fermented for now and possibly will have a kind of smell to it which can be pass on to the masa too. Just soak another rice 😁
