    Wifey am a fan of masa and i don't even have an idea on how to make it.
    I remember using my pocket money to buy masa from one Hajiya I will consider trying it out someday. .thank God the ingredients are not too hard to get.
    The rice looks so smooth and creamy. ..the masa batter really fermented really good.
    Very neat much love wifey.

    You obviously lived in the north while you were in Nigeria! I schooled in the north (secondary school) and I really miss masa!

    I did not know about rice pancakes, I just found out about these pancakes and they look so delicious. I bet they are also quite filling no doubt, good for breakfast and also evening tea. This i will try to make ooo for my siblings, i am sure they will love it. I love your pan

    I have been trying to do masa for my husband per request, I have never eaten it or seen it made, first time watching you, and your steps are easy. Also where do I order the pot please? I ordered one and it's so small.

    Can I use my cup cake pan for this recipe, never taste nor seen this before, I'm happy I'm part of this channel. The recipe make sense sis and the outcome wowed me.

      I don’t think you can use cupcake pan because it has to be cooked on the stovetop and not in the oven. You can use a small fry pan, we use small fry pans too for the bigger ones. Thanks dear stay safe.

    I really missed this food a lot, this is one of my favorite delicacies when i was at northern part of Nigeria & also Danwanke.
