  • Sinasir is a northern Nigerian food more like rice pancakes. It is loved by almost everyone beautiful it’s so delicious, mouthwatering and appetizing.
    Sinasir is mostly enjoyed with vegetable soup, pepper soup, sugar or honey.
    You will love it too🥰 so make sure to give it a try!
    Ingredients;
    3 cups broken rice/local rice or tuwo rice
    1 cup cooked rice
    1 tbs yeast
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tbs sugar
    Oil for frying

    Wow! Looks like appam. We add a small amount of coconut milk or finely ground coconut paste, one clove .and a pinch of cumin to grind . Tastes delicious. Even the masa -the vessel used ; we have similar ones in kerala. Definitely a connection ❤.

    Salam, thanks for the recipe. I made this yesterday following your recipe and it was very tasteful, everyone at home enjoyed. Quick one, can you make moi moi recipe that has exact water, salt and seasoning cube measurement. Most food vlogers omit those especially water measuremen used in blending.

    We kanuris don’t do it this way, no sugar added nor salt. And we eat with kubewa fresh or dried.
