Reaching Mach 10 speeds LOL on Lower Otay lake in Southern California on a gorgeous Saturday. Sunny, warm and beautiful day to be outside. On a serious note, my boat gets up to around 42 MPH at WOT with a lot of equipment in my boat. With a second person I'm right around 40 at Wide Open Throttle- 5600 RMP. The perfect cruising speed is 35 MPH at about 5200 RPM

I used the wind to shift toward the dock. If the engine was idling I would've come in too fast. No, I'm not out of control that way.

It's been awesome so far. I hit a couple stumps hard when flipping deep in the trees and also fouled up one of the first times I was loading the boat and it took it like a champ. I wash it down with water after every outing and haven't noticed much break down in the metal either.
