Corin) when he was in the Egyptian coven of Amun, (i forget who the one with the power to make you want to be part of something is), and also, Jane's and Alec's story of how they where burned at just twelve years old by the villagers in their village, Rosalie's gang rape, Esme's suicide, Carlisle's fear of becoming a monster after his transformation, Alice's tragic back story, and many more, if i continue i will never end so for everyone out there bashing against twilight, please, please at least give the other characters and lore a chance because it's great and it includes many upon many things like the true sons of the moon, the shapeshifters and the cold ones.

Both were so in-depth in the book, but here the two stories were sort of rammed together and many vital details were glossed over.
Say what you want about the movies and books, but this was pretty good exposition. No explanation as to why she couldn't have cut her arm, but that's a plot problem, not a directing/editing issue. Acting was good too - 2:19 you can see the clear shock on the vampire's face.

More on Rosalie’s gang rape (how she was found by Carslie), Edward’s background, Emmett’ & Alice’s stories (which were NEVER even discussed), the tribes discovery of being wolves, the vultori, etc.

These aren't werewolves... they are a skinwalker tribe... their spirit animal is the wolf... there are others such as bears, lions etc... Werewolves in the Twilight series are described as hulking beasts with just average human intelligence and being capable of killing multiple vampires easily.

All the tribal members in the movie are real native Americans. Taylor Launter is only little bit Native American. The only non-accurate parts was turning to werewolves and the whole thing with vampires(Tribe mentioned). Werewolves are a symbol in the tribe.

That woman just 'stabbed' herself and all they show is a bit of red on her dress. Not even a hole in the cloth. And when Bella got a 'paper cut', she was bleeding so bad that her blood started dripping on the floor. This is so dumb.
The way this scene is pictured looks amazing gives me some The Witch vibes they seriously couldve made a killer movie about the shapeshifters fighting off the cold ones & such & such also awesome how its referencing the Native American legend of shapeshifters combined with old European vampires Love it .

Mate, I really dislike the main story but I find the lore behind the characters interesting enough. Edward's vendetta against human fiends. Jasper's history training vampire armies. The Volturi's feud with the Children of the Moon. The tribe's war against the colonist vampires. Every aspect of lore about this franchise is interesting EXCEPT for the main present story.
If you noticed the first vampire was the same one that aro killed during the 17 Century or some time around that, when Edward was talking about the painting to Bella.
Personally if I was part of the tribe, I would be very annoyed with Jacob. He let her in on all their secrets and history and it wasn’t even someone he imprinted on. Bella could’ve easily taken any secrets and run to the Cullen and snitched.
I really wish they kept the scene where Victoria captured Sam. It was a brilliant way to echo this scene, especially when Leah showed up and rescued Sam! Though thankfully she did not cut her arm or stab herself in the gut lol She put that knife to good use.
So I heard the theory that the pack cut their hair to not have long fur.... but you can see in the flashback that the warriors had long hair and seemed like normal wolves. I just read that long hair is a symbol of a warrior and their pride and honor in some cultures. So after seeing this flashback, it doesn't make sense now. Any thoughts?
The wolves kept changing . The first wolves weren't as big and strong as their descendents . You can see how easily the first one died at the vampire's hand . They were new , first of their kind . With time they adapted and became more and more strong in order to not get killed by the vampires . The hair part could have changed somewhere in the middle of that evolution .
My Tribe. The Haida Tribe had stories of shape shifters too which is really awesome and interesting, stories which involved shamanism. Maybe if there is a threat me and my people can shape shift? :D

Twilight would have been better if it focused on Vampires and werewolves vendetta. Edward could be a good character, who feeds on bad ppl only but the whole love story ruins it.
