I grew up watching these shows; and they are better than anything on TV today.
I watched this and other westerns with my dad when I was a kid.
Gene Barry had a fabulous voice. He was great in everything he did.
I’ve always watched Gunsmoke, Bonanza and the other well known shows. I just discovered Bat Masterson and it’s so good! Also Tombstone Territory and Rifleman are great shows.
projectBRD Add Cheyenne TV series to your list.
Janet Hartwig alright!
Are they on streaming services? I just found the life and legend of wyatt earp on hulu..another awesome show
Yancy derringer was the best
I agree with you
The theme song alone was worth the site visit...the great episode was just a nice added bonus.
This is just one of many tv western series I watched as a kid back in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

Thanx! Bat Masterson.....been a long time!
It is great to see several of these old western series. This is one I remember well!
Liked watching Gene Barry play Bat Materson. He was always smooth and a good actor. Love that hat and cane he carried.
GENE BARRY was the Miller Beer voiceover star from the '80's. The crooked fight promoter guy did LEVI'S JEANS animated "HEY, LITTLE TRADEMARK" spots' v.o.'s in the 70's or '80's.
Cool suits
ROBERT WILKE IN MANY WESTERNS WAS A GREAT ACTOR RIP
Ha ha, haven't seen one of these in 50 years. Thank you ...

WHAT A MEMORY OF MY CHILDHOOD IN CUBA GOOD MEMORANCES OF MY YOUNGTER EARLY YEARS
Bat Masterson ran on Wednesday nights at 9:30 Eastern and Pacific, 8:30 Central and Mountain on NBC following "Kraft Music Hall" and on before "This Is Your Life". It's primary sponsor was National Dairy Products Corporation (Sealtest).
You used to be able to buy a pint carton of milk from machines.
I was a little guy but I remember this show and Hugh O'Brien as Wyatt Earp. Yancy Derringer, Lawman, among some of the others. Lots of fun as a kid.
Old TV shows of 1960's and 1970's where best to watch..
after all these years.. I'm still in💖 with Bat Masterson💃😉🙄
🍵😴
Man! I'm getting flashbacks now..... I loved the musical theme, when I was a kid......wow......
Great western
The original Batman. He's "the man who became a legend in his own time."
Jeff Liss Yes, BAT MAstersoN.
I saw two episodes this morning and Google to see if anyone had uploaded any to watch. Video Prime has them but couldn't watch there and RUclips had them .Thanks!!
It really doesn’t matter. My wife loves westerns she could sit all day & watch them so no matter who the actors are & no matter how bad the script they all get a viewing
Awesome western.
I love Rat Basterdson
All, was great watch on, TV thing,, for this
Marie Windsor was one of the taller women in Hollywood of her time. Very pretty smile. The real Bat Masterson actually DID have quite a successful and renown life that finished in style. Wish he had lived to see 90. He may have been able to orchestrate a movie about himself.
Bat Masterson, he something about a cane, his nane mas Bat,Bat Masterson..
Love this show

good movie, bat masterdon
My Aunt loved this show. I going to view to see what sparked her interest. Maybe this was all they had to watch. Hmmm
Please load more episodes. Very good serial and programme.
Was watching an episode of Burke's Law. Burke said he liked the show 'Bat Masterson' so I thought I'd give it look. LOLThanks for the upload!
Where I love Buries Law? That how I knew about Gene Berry and when he was on Perry Mason.?
@@josettebyrd7459, good ol' EUGENE KLOSS
@@robertsprouse9282 who's Eugene Kloss
@@josettebyrd7459, Eugene Klass, not Kloss, my mistake. That is Gene Barry's real name. He supposedly changed it to Barry as a tribute to John Barrymore.
@@robertsprouse9282 Thanks for answering that for me. I was going to say that when I asked? Lol. I felt like it was answering my own question. I wasn't sure that's why I deleted it ?
Great show.

Love this.
"Never use a gun when a cane will do. Burke's Law."
This guy was 50% Ghandi and 50% gunfighter .. BUT.. only when it was absolutely necessary . Praise Jesus !
Yo era niño 😂😂 y megustaba ver después me castigaban x no Acer mi tarea
Isso foi minha infância, passou rápido demais
Boa lembrança da minha infância! Gene Barry trabalhou na série Mannix
just a wonderful movie , thanks for sharing
Very good !
BONS TEMPOS.
Beijos.

Good, clean entertainment. Have times have changed.
Marie Windsor was fantastic in the Cheyenne series episode Mutton Puncher as a sheep rancher.
If I was Bat, I would have spent at least another night in town.
Always Loved Gene Barry
Bat Masterson was my fevorite TV ser:ies in my teen age.
Kimiaki Ooyama I'm related.
Jesus, I used to watch all these programmes when I was a kid
So this guy rides into town wearing a silk shirt, gotta think that was a bad idea in the real world. But hey, this is TV, and Gene Barry made a great Bat Masterson. Great name!
A great legend 👏
aproveita e aprende o inglês, todos somos capazes.
good luck friend, i hope you here.
Only 2 full episodes. Wish They were more.
I loved this very nice
His series always have the best looking gals...
C Yancy derringer
Marie Windsor was The Director of The Screen Actors Guild for 25 years.
She was a stone cold fox..
ERA UMA VEZ NO OESTE .QUE FILME .TEM QUE TER TEMPO PARA ASSUSTIR E MUITO BOM .ADOREI
This show was on MeTV Saturday mornings they took it off last January of this year

Quanto tempo, eu era criança !!!
Lookin likt John Steed-Avengers😎🤗
this old western movies is before my time®
You missed it all young man sad for you
Bat Masterson was a relatively short man with small shoulders. Additionally he really needed his cane because of a former leg injury.
My understanding is that, in the era of bare-knuckle fighting, pugilists did _not_ deliver many blows to the head at all because it hurts so much-since this meant that there was really no possibility for a knockout, fights could last for thirty or forty rounds. It was only with the introduction of boxing gloves that a man could painlessly deliver a blow to the other man’s head, so that the likelihood of a knock-out rose dramatically. With the increase in the level of punishment, the number of rounds had to decrease.
No possibility of knock out? Have you ever taken a liver shot?😉
GENE R.I.P YOU WERE BAT MASTERSON
robert szvetics the best ever
robert szvetics ,
yo lo veia en primaria este programa
Son las mejores peliculas
I don't think the real Bat Masterson was anything like this show BUT he's buried in Woodlawn Cemetary in the Bronx ( see find a grave). I could see his grave from my window. He was just about buried in my backyard. He's in the most Southwest part of the cemetery and only about 300 feet from the fence. I lived in the building right across the street from that fence. ( That and $2 will get me on the subway)...
2.75.
3 dollars...

No surprise. And Hugh O'Brian's version of Wyatt Earp was 180 degrees different from the real Earp. Doris Day's "Calamity Jane" (1953) wouldn't even be recognized by those who knew (and smelled) the real frontier gal.
I believe the quote is attributed to legendary film director John Ford who said something along the lines of " . . . when facts intrude/conflict when writing a book or screenplay, always print the legend."
@@scvandy3129 I think you mean Doris Day as Calamity Jane (1953). Debbie Reynolds was in The Unsinkable Molly Brown (1964).
