  • @ayedunjossyoladipupo1235
    @ayedunjossyoladipupo1235 2 года назад +10

    Great video ... 1. When the guy on native said "lots & lots of dignitaries here" at 2:05 , he meant "lots & lots of Nigerian thieves" 😄😄... 2. Situating the generator that close to the "security" house is not a good idea for me 2:52. Exposes the security personnel(s) to too much humming background noise which attackers can use as a leverage. 3. The outside trees being too tall and way too close to the house 2:58 will definitely undermine the security of the house (with the present security situation in Nigeria) in case of an attack. Attackers would have been too close to the rear fence before they are even noticed to be repelled. The trees would give them the much needed cover they need. 4. I could not spot any CCTV for surveillance (maybe it is present but I did not notice it or it is still being set up). 5. Great job with the bulletproof (if true) entrance door 4:07. 6. No greenery. 7. I could also not spot any fire extinguisher or sprinkler system (maybe they are still being processed like the fire alarm 11:50). I believe that a $1.3m property should have all of these included.

    Yeah, there's enough space for the rooms to have bigger walk-in closets. There's space to add more closets though.
    The pool should have been stretched a bit more too, so swimmers can do proper laps. The way it is now is just suitable for getting in and splashing water, not ideal for actual swimming. Narrow but long pools are more useful; you can mess around in them and serious swimmers can also do laps in them; they are actually aptly named lap pools.
    I also think the developer set too much of a tone for the decor of the house with all the gold trims. This makes it a harder sell to people that have a different decor philosophy.

    this is the kind of house someone who got illegal government wealth with no creativity would buy. take out the guest house, move the main house back, bring the pool to the front and give it a different shape with maybe a hot tub attached to it, put some chair or some kind of sitting area close to it, put some natural plants around and in front of the fence, remove ALL the gold and replace it with white stainless or rose gold, make the gate design simpler, put a half basket court or something in one Conner and then maybe i'll consider dropping $1300000 for it

    The exterior of the house is beautiful but in some parts of the house luxury is lacking and I feel like a lot of the design was a little too basic in terms of the price. I also personally feel there was too much contrast with the tiles in the kitchen and queen bathroom ( wide space though, which is good). As u also said the closets were not big enough because i thought the closets would save the rooms but my personal take on this is that the design should be more focused on LUXURY throughout the house. The exterior is flawless still.

    Thank you for posting this gorgeous big mansion house in Abuja. Much appreciated. I do have a question. Does these houses in Abuja comes with an annual property tax to be paid seperately to the City's Government? Asking, because you may know in certain G7 Countries, when an owner buys a house or mortgages a house, that house being owned or mortgaged comes seperately with an annual property tax to be paid to the City's Government. God bless...

    Ok when I first saw this house I thought 800 million for what exactly but to be honest - this house is worth every penny of that 800 million. It’s next level. It’s actually an asset. Because the house is a work of art by itself. I know nothing about Abuja. If this h house was in Lagos I would buy it.

    Uninspiring and lacks imagination. With a budget like that, surely they could have done so much better. The kitchen was a flop, it feels like the designer would be better suited for designing night clubs than kitchens, the wall tiles in the bathroom with a jacuzzi was ghastly. The use of gold paint came across as tacky. Not much to like about the house. The lack of any green space is very telling. I would give it a 4 out of ten, not worth the price point.

    This is a ugly ass House. It's not modern at all, it's just a mixture of a basic building with ancient Greek/Roman columns to make it seem grandeur. More so, as Nigerians we should also focus on garden architecture. A house or a building can never be complete, unless the outside area is also well designed. That's means more greenery, trees, flowers, plants, lighting systems, masonry etc. Omo, this one na higgy hagga........ Anywho, Steven you are just doing your job. Steven after watching this one, i have to comment.
    1. This house is not a finsihed prject yet and i think that is intentional and advantageous, sonce from the other guys comment, they waiting on the person that wants to buy the house, that means it kind of eliminates the fact that you are buying a finished project, this project will have the buyers ideas imprinted into even its design, to me thats very much ok, unlike most of the Ikoyi Properties.
    2. Greenery Greenery !!! Guy, Bros, whose over buys this house has the opportunity to bring in even a tree if he so wishes, unlike those lekki properties using artificial grass, and the opportunity to make something better is not a mark down for me.
    Finally this Property is a Versailles inpsored property, so it is designed to the taste of certain people, what Vanderbilt called a cottage during his days many called it a Full City in a building, ao am not surprised on so many comments here, but have it in mind this developer kenw what he was doing and he did great.
